10 - 24 square wonton wrappers
11 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
12 - Cooking spray or oil, for baking

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, blue cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix until fully incorporated and creamy.
03 - Arrange wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place roughly 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture along one edge of each wrapper, shaping into a thin log.
04 - Roll each wrapper tightly into a pinwheel shape. Brush edges with beaten egg to seal securely.
05 - Place pinwheels seam-side down on the baking sheet. Lightly mist or brush tops with cooking spray or oil.
06 - Bake for 16 to 18 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
